He fought off the mechanical creatures and got away unscathed every time. He didn't starve. He broke Athena out of her mask effects, and Rapunzel still helped him.

Maybe it's luck. Maybe it's the fact that he's too used to life being hell.

The stories people have heard here sound a lot more... amazing than the reality. Arthur has no idea of what I am. Or what I can do. Maybe one day I'll be able to tell him, but the Arthur at the moment is blinded by his father. He believes magic to be evil.

There was an accident in her old apartment, and there was a vacancy in our place, so I thought I'd ask her to come live with us, instead. Anyway, not at all. It's great having her around.

It's strange, isn't it? But I've got Athena to thank for helping me figure a few things out. I'm just going to talk to him and be honest about my feelings. I'm sure the same goes for you and Athena as well. As long as you talk things over, everything will be fine. It's clear you care about each other a lot.

Don't worry about it, I've already come to accept that's a long way off. One day Arthur will be the Once and Future King, but he isn't ready yet.

I know what you mean. I keep busy, but even so, there isn't the same sense of urgency. In a weird way, it's more relaxed, despite everything that goes on. That's one of the reasons I decided to try dating in the first place. There didn't seem to be a good reason not to follow my heart.

One day we'll all set things right with our worlds, and you'll get the chance you've been waiting for.
