[ Okay, nope. Nope Nope. He's just going to cover both ears and flop over onto his front, burying his face into the bed instead.

[ maybe that's what you get for worrying her, you loser. :T

but she has compassion, at least. her voice is softer now as she speaks. ]

[ Look!! He didn't know! Or well, remember...

Though his ears are still covered so he doesn't exactly hear that either. At least after a minute or two he glances back to see if she's still yelling, slowly lowering his hands when it's apparent she isn't now. ]

[ nope, she's just staring at him now while biting on her macaron 'u' ]

[ ... His head just flops onto his arm then, eyes sliding partly shut. ]

Does it taste good?

Of course, it does.

[ she puts her half-bitten one by his mouth. take a bite? ]

[ He glances up at her then, twisting more onto his side as his hand moves to form a cup under her hand and the macaron so it doesn't get on the bed. He bites at the corner, only taking a small amount, but given that it's the corner she'll also feel his mouth drag over her hand a little by accident.

Slowly, he leans back to chew, softly adding after: ] That does taste good.

Just eat all of it, [ she says, placing the macaron on his palm. he can really have all of it. there's a lot more where that came from.

and then she flops on the bed. ]

[ Well, as long as she brought the box with her. He'll actually eat it slowly though, watching her quietly for a moment as he lets the taste sink in. ]

What other types are there?

[ she lets out a hum as she rolls closer to him then blinks curiously. ]

Berries. All flavours of berries, and chocolate... [ what else ] Mint?

[ Well purple is probably blueberry or blackberry, but the two pink-red ones look almost equal. It's for that reason he grabs the box, pulling out the darker one and holding it out to her mouth. ] Strawberry? Or raspberry?

[ He smiles softly at her, and while before he might have mentioned this to tease her, now he just wants them to experience this moment together. ]

[ she blinks because that's way too close to be able to say, but she gets it. he wants her to taste it, so she takes a small bite.

it's a bit difficult to tell at first what with the ganache being too fruity, but she manages to figure it out seconds later. ]

It's raspberry.

[ He waits quietly with his hand still rather close, just letting it rest there while she decides on the flavour. Once she's swallowed it though, he shifts slowly until he can drag the macaron across her lower lip, then slowly leans forward to taste it that way.

This is all Widget's fault. ]

Like your perfume. [ Is all he murmurs for a moment, because of course he remembers how his leather jacket was once she was done with it. The smell of raspberries was overwhelming, yet also incredibly comforting.

That done though, he twists to take a bite from what's left for himself, leaving another third untouched. ]

[ THIS LITTLE SHIT THINKS HE CAN DO WHAT HE WANTS...

well, he can. because she's totally stunned now by what he just did. he's just full of surprises, isn't he? and she forgot about the thing with the jacket and the perfume, but now she remembers and how she did it all on purpose. just as planned. ]

Berries smell nice, don't they?

Though really at least he didn't bite it and try and share it that way, be grateful there's still an air of purity to this!!! Though with what she says he can't help but give a soft laugh. ]

They do. They always remind me of you now.

[ well that's no good. berries are nice, but oranges are the superior fruit. if he should be associating her with a fruit, it should be an orange. :( ]

You're still an apple.

[ and then she takes the last bite. ]

[ Then maybe she should wear orange scented perfume and overload his jacket with that????? ]

An apple... [ Is that a good or a bad thing?--apparently good, but it's one weird way of looking at things. He lets her take the last bite without incident though, leaning up after to look into the box properly. ]

Which is your favourite?

[ mmm good question. athena's never thought about it, considering there aren't any orange flavoured macarons. their management should think about adding a new flavour. or maybe an orange-flavoured cake.

oranges are good, okay. athena really likes them. ]

You can never go wrong with chocolate.

[ Orange flavoured macarons would be a good choice to go with! Or even an orange cake.

Though chocolate is definitely a good choice, all things considered. He reaches for that one next, eyeing it quietly for a moment. ]

Open your mouth a little. [ He doesn't move the macaron yet though, instead waiting for her to do that first. ]

[ yeah!! there are mango cakes... and even carrot cakes, but no orange cakes. DISCRIMINATION!!! ]

Huh, what? [ that's her opening her mouth a little for sure. ]

[ So much discrimination... Don't worry, he'll support you in your rights for orange treats. Fight hard!

Though the next thing he does is probably surprising. He has to lean up on his elbow first, testing his grounding, before he bites into the end of the chocolate macaron and leans down until the other side is close to her mouth.

It isn't pocky, but it's more delicious than pocky let's be real here. His now free hand presses down on the bed behind her to keep his balance though, just to make sure he doesn't go toppling forward and hopefully to brace for impact if she tries to smack him for this. ]

[ merlin's lucky this time around that athena doesn't smack him because what this is? this is new, and it should be smack-worthy, but... it's warm.

she bites into the other half of the macaron until she kisses him. she's never tried something like this before, but she's pretty sure this shouldn't be a long kiss anyway because they both have food in their mouths.

gross.

and you don't chew while kissing? ]

[ Somehow it's tastier like this too, just because of how serene the moment is with both of them occupied with taking the bite of the macaron, mouths touching, and then he pulls back to chew properly. ]

I think I prefer this one. [ He says it after he finishes, swallows then licks his lips. Chocolate was definitely the way to go for this, really, wasn't it? ]

the urge to just kiss him and make out with him is so strong right now. (this is not a gagtag) athena just kind of gives him a stare of bewilderment as if he's some kind of rare animal walking in the meadows. ]

Um.

[ um, what? she doesn't know what else to say now. but at least she's managed to swallow. ]

[ He blinks back at her when what's all she says, head tilting back towards the box. ]

...Did you prefer the berry ones instead? There's still the strawberry one--

[ Now he pulls that hand back that was behind her to reach for that instead, holding it in front of her mouth.




He doesn't have any idea what's going on in her head, sorry. ]
