[ It's thankfully later in the day, and usually the time where most people would have dinner so the shop is quieter. Instead of taking stock or something useful, Merlin is sat at the counter, one of the books open as he reads through the information in there.

In fact, whenever it's slow that's usually what he resorts to as a means of expanding his knowledge, even if it's a type of magic he can't quite do yet. That said, he's super absorbed in the book and barely notices who walks in, just says: ] Let me know if you need any help with any-- Vietnam?

[Good ol' later in the day. Although, she didn't really want to interrupt him, if he's looking at something important.]

Hello, Merlin. [She gestures towards the book.] Am I interrupting?

[ He pushes the book aside, though as it's Vietnam and not an actual customer, he's honest about it. ]

When it's empty I just read some of the books they have in stock. I shouldn't, but... [ He shrugs. ] Was I supposed to meet you here?

[She's cool with that, after all she's only visiting.]

I see, but if they're interesting, you could learn more? Are they related to magic here? [She's not that wild, but she understands the need to be.] No, I came by because I wanted to visit you at the magic shop, and ask if you have time for some food. But really, I've never seen a magic shop before.

Yeah. They're all magic related, different types--probably from different worlds. [ But he pushes himself away from the counter when she says that. ] Did you want a tour? It isn't exactly big but...
