[ It's part of his charm ;) But really... he isn't having any of that. He shifts, making sure he doesn't move too quickly as that hand moves to pull her just a little closer so she's leaning a bit, pinning it down to the bed. His other hand reaches for her cheek. ]

Then I must've been hearing things. [ He presses his mouth against hers briefly, pulling back entirely to get the spaghetti. ]

Did you want a little more?

[ she licks her lips when his attention is back on the food, and she sits back up.]

[ Thankfully for her he misses that, and is instead going back to eating when--

He chokes a little, half trying to eat, half holding back a laugh because well. Better he taste like spaghetti than alcohol, but that isn't the point. ]

So do you. [ Is the only thing he says once he stops choking, reaching to pour the juice for the both of them. He hands her a glass, though maybe it's a bad idea while she's flustered. ]

[ she covers her mouth just so widget stops talking, but like that helps any. that wouldn't even do anything???? thankfully and fortunately, widget has nothing else to say now and goes back to its default smiley face display.

[ he's offering her juice? well, here's a forkful of spaghetti, merlin. EAT IT. ]

[ Look, she's the one who decided to wear him today. She partly has herself to blame. Not like he's going to say that, just smile as he leans to bite off the forkful of spaghetti, chewing it. It's only when he swallows that he says: ]

I guess you ended up feeding me after all.

she puffs her cheeks, indignant. may as well continue doing it now that she's doing the act. ]

I did offer, I guess. [ now she's preparing another forkful. say ah, you bastard. ]

[ How endearing. He smiles even as he leans to accept the next bite full, opening his mouth to draw it in, chewing after. ]

It makes me happy, like this. [ He licks his lips once he finishes that mouthful. ] ...Being with you.

[ Well his headache is slowly clearing up now he's eating and drinking properly, so that's something, too. ]

[ it's not everyday that she thinks about what would happen if merlin went away—if her happiness went away, but him saying something like that suddenly reminds her of the thought. which is why she's slow in feeding him all of a sudden, but she's trying very hard to smile. ]

[ He definitely doesn't have the same abilities she does, but Athena is a lot more open with her emotions so it's easy to see when some of her brightness looks like it fades a bit. He shifts slightly while waiting for her, though he doesn't ask her anything until he's taken that piece and chewed and swallowed. ]

[ she shakes her head slowly as she laughs amiably. ]

It's nothing. Just... still worried [ about something else, but it counts, right? ], that's all.

Eat up? [ have some more spaghetti! and this time, with a kiss on the cheek, too. ]

[ It really is, his head hurts.......... but at least his kokoro doesn't. ]

I'm eating. [ While smiling and laughing apparently, because even if his head is pounding, it's nice to be like this. There probably isn't much spaghetti left, but she also brought soup, didn't she? ]

[ as a note, she isn't going to feed him the soup. he's old enough to do it himself. :T ]

[ she even gets up now. ]

It's fine though, because while she does that he can finish off the soup. ]

Everything is by the sink, and you can just leave it to dry. You're already doing enough.

[ Especially when this was self induced... imagine if he ever actually got sick... amazing. ]

[ not like she's going anywhere far, but yes!! to the kitchen she goes to wash the plate, and she comes back maybe five minutes later after exploring the rest of the apartment... ]

So, do you help in cleaning up the place? It's so tidy.

[ He's just about done with the soup when she comes back, and when she says that he looks at her as if to say "Don't you remember what I told you before" ]

I have to, at least so Shigeru doesn't rub his hands raw with cleaning products.
